These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("you" or "member") using the casinodb platform. By opening an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Professional athletes, referees, or individuals connected to an event are not permitted to bet on that event
• casinodb employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform

KYC verification may be requested at any time after registration. You may be required to verify your identity using a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on casinodb:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through an account registered in the member's own name
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• In cases of suspicious transactions, casinodb reserves the right to place a hold on funds pending investigation
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on casinodb:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled (except where odds change on live bets)
• For bets placed after a match has started, the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed will apply based on the current match situation

• Placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount
• A member may use any specific bonus offer only once
• If you have a bonus balance, it is generally used first before your real money balance
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified time limit
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended
• Wagering requirements cannot be fulfilled through opposing bets in Baccarat or Roulette

The following activities are strictly prohibited on casinodb and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent to abuse bonuses
• Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's software or systems
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Harassing or threatening other members

Casinodb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If false or incorrect information is provided during KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Upon a member's request for self-exclusion or account closure

• In dispute resolution, the decision of casinodb's licensing authority is final
